The Scaled Agile Framework, or SAFe, is by far the most popular Agile scaling framework. At first glance, SAFe seems incredibly complex and rigid. Come join us for a fun and entirely “hands on” session where you will decompose and build the SAFe “big picture” one layer at a time. Attendees will learn about the roles, responsibilities, artifacts, structures, interconnections, and flow of value within each of the four layers of SAFe: team, program, large solution, and portfolio.
