The electric utility business is undergoing tremendous change. Most utilities are in the early stages of true Digital Transformation and are working to make what are sometimes drastic changes in the use of technology and how people work and think about solving problems. At Duke Energy, the IT organization was the first to recognize a major change was needed in order to be in a position to respond to the changing needs of the business. Two of the Transformation leaders will share DukeEnergy’s approach to transformation in IT including lessons learned and next steps. A panel of leaders will also share their experiences and take questions from the participants.
